Unless otherwise expressly agreed, HomePros Team does not serve as an arbitrator, court, insurer, warranty administrator, or adjudicator of:

• contract disputes;
• payment disputes;
• warranty disputes;
• negligence claims; or
• other legal claims between a homeowner and independent provider.
